A girl, a violin, a pen, and
a dream.
Exactly two years ago, an over-achieving nerd decided to take a chance and travel. As a studious student, the gap year choice was difficult- and caused tension amongst colleagues, mentors, and her family. However, after a year of phenomenal encounters and stories, this bookworm’s life changed forever. From being humbled (and embarrassed) every day, to learning that the true things in life are the small things, Alexandra is beyond grateful to be chasing the wind.

Over the next few months, stay tuned as I share stories, reflections, and articles surrounding holidays and life events from this past year. In a matter of 12 months, 8 countries, 2 US/Scotland roundtrips, and a summer camp, I have met so many amazing people. I have seen God work, and want to share what I encountered with whoever is willing to read.
As Spain will forever hold a place in my heart, I want this site to grow into something more. If any of you awesome readers have a travel story you want to share, or want a message God is putting on your heart, do not hesitate to reach out! Please email or message me and I will gladly help publish your articles!
